Appraisal Fee Structure
Kimberly Permenter ISA AM Accredited Member, International Society of Appraisers
There is never a charge for discussing your appraisal or valuation needs. Every project is unique, so please feel free to inquire. Fees are generally billed at an hourly rate for an on-site inspection, or for remote inspection as appropriate. I will discuss with you, in advance, how to prepare for the inspection to save time and expense. Research time is billed at a separate hourly rate. Normally, two to four hours of in-office research time is needed for each hour spent on-site. We will discuss the process for your appraisal project in advance and it will be clearly defined in a contract. To find out how CPPA can assist you, please use the email link below.
